Shomrim responded on Tuesday night to reports of a male suspect wielding a bat and threatening mispallelim near a shul in Howell.
It wasn’t immediately clear what the suspect was saying to mispalelim or the exact nature of his threatening comments.
Shomrim members responded in force, ensuring that no harm would befall the Jews being threatened by the maniac.
Before matters escalated further, Howell Police arrived and took the suspect into custody. No injuries have been reported.
The situation is now under control, and authorities are continuing their investigation.
