He was a founder of the Vaad L’Hatzolah Bais Yisroel, and put in tremendous efforts to be mikareiv Russian Jews in the aftermath of the Soviet Union’s collapse.
The levaya is scheduled to take place tonight at BMG’s Yoshon Bais Medrash at 10 PM.
