SIMPLE ASSAULT
May 21, 2023 – At 12 am Officer Daniel DeBartolomeis responded to the area of 145 Country Club Dr. for a disorderly person at Maggie’s Bar and Restaurant. Diana Martinez-Valentine, 28 years old, from Jackson, NJ was arrested and charged with the following: Disorderly Conduct, and Resisting Arrest.
Sgt. John Macerino, Officers Anthony Prisco, Adam Rihacek, and Michael Villalba assisted in the investigation.
DWI/WATER INCIDENT
May 21, 2023 – At 1 am Officer Rihacek responded to the area of North Lake Drive and Forest Avenue for a vehicle that drove off the roadway and was fully submerged in Lake Carasaljo. Bladimar Vasquez 22 years old, from Lakewood, NJ was arrested for DWI and charged with the following: DWI, Carless Driving, Reckless Driving, and Failure to stay in a marked lane.
Sgt. John Macerino, Officers Adam Bylsma, Anthony Prisco, and Lorenzo Camacho assisted in the investigation.
DWI
May 12, 2023 – At 2 am Officer Ryan Dancey responded to the area of Seasons Blvd. and Evergreen Springs Dr. for a motor vehicle crash. Joel Geisler Jr., 45 years old, from Lakewood, NJ was arrested for DWI and charged with the following: DWI, Careless, and Reckless Driving.
Officers Joseph Prebish, Brian Guzman, and Nicholas Cusanelli assisted in the investigation.
DWI
May 19, 2023 – At 1 am Officer Nicholas Cusanelli responded to the area of East End Avenue and Leonard Street for a motor vehicle crash. Juan Guzmanmez, 35 years old, from Lakewood, NJ was arrested for DWI and charged with the following: DWI, Reckless, Unlicensed Driver, and Failure to Stay in Marked Lane.
Officers Leomaxi Dilone, and Eric Stefanelli assisted in the investigation.
DRUGS/WARRANT
May 19, 2023 – At 3:30 am Officer Adam Rihacek patrolled in the area of Madison Avenue, and 3rd Street. The officer observed Lamar Dew, 36 years old, from Trenton, NJ, and had a dispatch check for an active warrant. Dispatch confirmed an Ocean County warrant and incident to arrest, the officer found drugs. Lamar Dew was charged with possession/use of drug paraphernalia and after processing was picked up by an Ocean County Sheriff’s Officer.
Officers Eric Stefanelli and Michael Sheehan assisted in the investigation.
