In a heroic rescue operation, four individuals were saved from a perilous situation after their boat overturned off the coast of New Jersey. The incident prompted an immediate response from the Coast Guard and New York police and fire units, who raced against the clock to ensure the safety of those stranded at sea.
The rescue mission was triggered by a distress call received around 2:15 a.m. on Sunday, sparking a rapid deployment of emergency teams to the area. A debris field was discovered in close proximity to the Romer Shoal Light Station, raising concerns for the safety of those on board.
Fortunately, the search efforts proved successful, as the four people were located desperately clinging to the hull of their capsized boat. The rescue teams wasted no time in springing into action.
