The Lakewood Public High School was packed with a crowd of an estimated 7,000, with the overflowing crowd filling its auditorium and gym, as well as hallways and even its outdoor spaces. An additional 15,000+ called in, and thousands joined via hookups in cities across the US.
Harav Malkiel Kotler Shlita, Harav Simcha Bunim Cohen Shlit”a and Rav Nechemia Malinowitz, as well as Rebbetzin Rena Tarshish via video spoke from the depth of their hearts, filling the attendees with Emuna and much needed chizuk.
Rebetzin Sori Schechter led the crowd in an emotional recitation of tehillim as they jointly poured out their hearts on behalf of Acheinu Bnei Yisroel.
The event which was planned less than 24 hours before taking place, in another sign of Klal Yisroel’s overflowing love, care and concern for each other.
