Two drivers were fatally injured in a head-on crash on the Garden State Parkway on Friday night.
The crash killed Cortney Downey, 32, who was driving a Toyota Corolla, and Michelle Ross, 50, who was driving a Mitsubishi Outlander, when their vehicles collided in an Ocean County stretch of the Parkway at around 9:30 pm Friday night.
The accident occured near milepost 59.3 in Tuckerton.
The tragic crash remains under investigation.
